This bill would amend Part 7 of Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A. to allow students who graduated from an eligible high school with appropriate credentials or received the GED prior to 1993 would be eligible for a HOPE scholarship or a HOPE GED voucher.
